We accept all PPO dental policies! PPO policies allow you to go anywhere for services. That said, each dental policy is different and has unique benefits - make sure to check with your insurance provider about your specific coverage levels and network status.

If your policy is HMO, Medicaid, or Medicare, it will only pay for services within your contracted group, and we do not have any HMO, Medicaid, or Medicare contracts.

On a per-case basis, yes! We always want you to feel confident knowing your medically necessary treatment is free from financial barriers. When requested, we will gladly present to you a few payment options. These pay plans generally require a minimum down-payment, 25% of your treatment cost, and also incur small management fees.

We're happy to accept most all methods of payments including Apple Pay and HSA/FSA cards.
However, we do not accept Care Credit or third-party financing alike.

No, we don’t. Because imaging and dental technology varies quite a bit from office to office, we prefer to start fresh with every new patient! That said, if you’d like us to have your records on hand, we are happy to put them on file for you. You may email those to hello@thedentalstudio.com.

For adult (17+) new patient appointments, please plan for 2 hours. Any return checkup or child new patient appointment will be an hour or less, unless otherwise specified. Restorative or treatment visits will be different per individual, and we will always tell you how long to plan for at the time of booking.

If you are looking to establish routine care, you will save the most cost with our In-Studio Membership which was specifically created to help alleviate cost burden from your very first visit onwards.
Aside from the membership, private pay or self pay are always welcome.

We hear you, and we’re here for you. Any concern that comes from past experience is valid, which is why your experience at The Dental Studio will be shaped around your specific needs. You will feel involved and in-control during every part of your visit and enjoy a selection of comfort amenities (like Nitrous on tap) that gently calm nerves along the way. We will do everything we can to make each visit better than the last!

Yes! If you’d like to be notified about sooner openings, let us know. Be sure to include the times of day/days of the week that work best for you so we can avoid reaching out about openings that won’t work. We promise, it’s worth the wait!

 Our office is at the corner of Main Street and Hawthorne, just south of the Walgreens in Wheaton. We have plenty of parking in front and behind the building!

Let us know! Be specific about when your discomfort began, where it’s coming from, and any other details about how it started. Once we have that information, we will take it from there and guide you through next steps or appointments as necessary.

Text or email us a photo of the front and back of your new dental insurance card (if you have one). If you don’t have a card, we will need at least the carrier name, member ID, and customer service phone number to verify your new benefits.

You should receive a confirmation email for your appointment date and time at the moment of booking. If you don’t provide an email address, you may always text us for a reminder!
